i am single with no dependants but have a 7-yr-old niece and 8-yr-old nephew that live nearby that i would like to have visit me on occasion - including overnight. i recently went full time with my petsitting business, therefore my income is unpredictable right now. i have been able to meet my $350 rent the past year with no problem so this is what i know i can pay. i am also interested in renting a room in exchange for pet care, light housekeeping, admin, anything you need that i can do! my schedule is pretty busy, keeping me in johns creek and alpharetta most of the time, but there are times when i need to go back home to get something or get on the computer. i am responsible and keep to myself. i'm past the partying phase and live a clean life. would like my housemates to live a clean life also. my preferred area is east roswell, particularly along riverside drive. there are many weeks i'll be away from home doing overnight pet sitting jobs, thus i'm the perfect roommate!
