hi there, i'm brad parrish a 27 yr old professional looking for a room with a private bathroom and access to the kitchen and laundry, on the ground floor of a home.
i work two jobs and other then that i mainly will be in my room watching tv or just relaxing. i don't throw parties, i do invite an occasional friend over to stop by but always would be respectful as far as timing and convenience for roommate. i am single and i'm definitely looking to avoid any type of drama situations please as i am totally anti drama. in social situations i'm a very outgoing person, but not annoying, great sense of humor but not a prankster, and a genuine person with morals and not a jerk.
i am a smoker but clean about it and washing your hands after a smoke removes a majority of a smokers smell just an fyi lol... i smoke outside unless its welcomed indoors.
i am in a wheelchair due to a spinal cord injury nine years ago, have lived on my own for 7 yrs and looking to cut down on rent and save money. i'm completely rent is guaranteed because of my government benefits but just require my own bathroom, and access to the laundry room and my bedroom on the ground floor or with no stairs basically, we don't get along stairs and my nickname is lt dan so im not some sensitive nut case, be please be the same in return. ;)
male or female roommates would be fine with me but it would be a friend/roommate situation, other words don't stick your hand in the cash register, or it will snap shut on you!
