the available room is about 13x14 feet, with a great view of the lawn. a separate bathroom is included. the room is in it's own separate "wing." you can either use the furniture in the room, or bring your own furniture.the rest of the apartment is fully furnished (including washer/dryer in the unit). the rent would include utilities, cable, internet, etc.
the two other roommates are very clean young professions. no smoking in the house, no pets, no children.
it is a great area and neighborhood. it is extremely safe! perfect location for easy access to the interstate, running and biking trails, great restaurants, etc!
