million $ area surrounded by horse farms - 1 very nice master bedroom with nice high end queen size bed, beautiful views from this bright and sunny room, nice furniture and desk, new micro & new fridge in room, flat screen tv , basis cable and wifi included for your use, no kitchen usage, super large closet and includes heat but no ac, 1 month security 1 month rent with approved application back ground and credit checks, looking for a super quiet working full time professional during the days, super clean and respectful of others in the home, bathroom kept clean with cooperation of all , we are super clean people, this is not a party house, this is a very nice room, only for 1 person working out of the house working during the days, self employed or unemployed pls don't bother wasting both our time, no washer/drier, this is a peaceful place, if you like your solitude and quiet this might be for you, month to month lease, this is a private home not a house share, shared bath rooms , are you down to bed early, up early ? this might work for you, we are all to bed early, so if you mill around until midnight this wont work for us, we are quiet people, i am surrounded by horse farms and state parks, excellent for biking, hiking , fishing or jogging, extremely convenient location 15 minutes to rt 15 or i-84 ,ask about my leasing incentive program, minimum stay is 4 months but do have a 30 day notice in lease, no cats or dogs and most of all no drama
