i'm looking to share a beautiful 3br/2ba apartment in lenox park. i can offer you a private bedroom and bath for $750 which includes all utils and cable/wifi as well as secured parking.these apartments are located in one of the best neighborhoods that atlanta has to offer. privately nestled between half to million dollar homes, just conveniently located off two major thru fares (druid hill road and e. roxoboro, just 1/2 mile from phipps plaza and only 2 miles to i-85). also adjoined is a beautiful park with a lake, fountains, biking and walking trails.
complex has a very nice gym, racquet ball court, billiard room with a large screen tv. also has a huge swimming pool.
the apartment has a large deck overlooking the pool, washer and dryer, walk in closet, on suite bath, parking deck-assigned space, and has just gone thru a complete renovation with cherry kitchen cabinets and granite countertops.
marta is accessible with a bus stop 0.2 miles (less than a block walk).
i am a 49 yo professional (work at cdc engineering), gay male with 3 behaved boxer dogs (they are housed in their crate when i am not home) no drugs, non smoker. work out, tennis and coach a men’s softball team. i am very clean and extremely respectful. i have great friends thru my softball team.
