i got a house at panola rd near covington hwy, with 2 empty rooms and 1 bathroom to share betwen both future occupants. i am living by myself with another person rented in other room with own bathroom inside, and looking for two more roommates to share my house and expenses with, since my parents and brothers moved to another location, so we will be four single men. i will be living at the basement with own bathroom, but everybody in the house will share commons areas, included the kitchen. i ask 300 and 250 for every of them because of the size. there is an elementary school three houses away, so the place is pretty quiet. i got a local home phone you can use, wi-fi internet and directtv cable at the living room. utilities (water, energy, gas) are included too, except if the waste is too big ... i hope it wont. you can pay for an extra directtv box for your room and use the washer and dryer machines at the basement laundry room if cooperate with at least 20 more for additional monthly expenses.
