hey guys! my roomie is unfortunately moving out in august. i need a roommate starting september 1st! i am a 25 year old female professional with a full-time job. i live in a 1500 plus square foot 2 story town home. it is located in a quiet gated town home community that was just built in 2006. it is in great condition, has all new stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, back patio, upstairs patio, huge walkin pantry, huge walk-in storage closet, a large study/family room, a separate family room connected to a bar top kitchen, lg washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 walk-in closets connected to each room, and an attic. the place is mostly furnished minus the room that i am renting out. i am looking for someone similar in age that is clean, respectable, and responsible (its a nice place and i would like to keep it that way). as for me, i just graduated from armstrong. i smoke but only outside on the back patio. i am a social drinker but don't host many parties at my place other than an occasional cookout from time to time. i do not have any pets, but pets may be negotiable. the rent is $550 a month, which includes a little less than half of the normal rent and less than half of utilities (cable, wireless internet, water, & electricity). the place is about 5 minutes away from armstrong and in a very safe location. i have lived here almost 2 years and have never had a problem. please email me if interested : )
