i am a no nonsense person and i can not stand drama. don't get me wrong, i like to have a good time but i do not put up with petty things. i am in law enforcement and work different hours than most. i have a small dog, cocker spaniel, that is protective of people he likes(don't worry, after the first meeting he will like you). i am looking for a professional that i do not have to pick up after. i will require proof of employment, pay stubs, a background check, and references in order to move in. the rent is fixed, $600, and the utilities will be split monthly(electric, water, cable/internet).
