i have a room to rent. it can be furnished if needed. i am willing to take $150 a month if someone can make some repairs to the house. i need sheetrock finished and paint in the den and hallway. i also would like some help with various projects. if no repairs are made during the month then i will take $350. details can be worked out if someone has another idea.
i have a two bath 3 bedroom house with a large den and a attached garage. i also have cats so if you do not like them this will not work. wireless internet access, washer and dryer and kitchen is okay to use. i need a non smoker this is not negotiable.
