hi, i am an empty-nester with a very responsible roommate and we are looking for another well-balanced, happy, good-natured, easy-going, thoughtful, quiet, dog-loving, gainfully employed, responsible christian to share our wonderful home with. because we already have three dogs (two 2-year old golden retrievers and a miniature dashchund) we are at the ptc limit, so can't have any more pets. i am very allergic to cats as well, so if you are even around cats in other locations, that won't work... must love dogs. we're friendly, easy to get along with, prideful of our home and are looking for the right person to join us to share expenses. i'm open to a longer term lease than 3 months, but will have a clause that if we're simply not compatible people, the lease can be broken at 3 months. note - the rent does not cover utilities, which will be split 3 ways, however, excessive use of water, gas or electricity will result in an uneven split. currently, electricity averages $300, gas averages $120 a month, cable and internet runs $120 monthly and water $50. there is cable tv connection, wireless internet and a tv in the bedroom. we respect each other's privacy, help each other when needed and are looking for a similarly-minded person. you'll also need to have a sense of humor. there is a parking pad for your car, and the rent includes parking for just a single car. if you are a straight couple looking for a place to stay, the rent is $750, with a 50% split for utilities. due to privacy and security concerns, you must be "google-able" with your real name, and have a completed profile here, with a photo (or willing to send one) before being able to see the property.
