purple/white room 10x14 = $700/mo
** note - room is for single occupancy, no couples.
bedroom will be emptied for tenant prior to move-in.
- tenant is responsible to furnish bedroom only.
- some furniture pictured in bedrooms may remain if desired. details can be discussed
- other furniture (couches, arm chairs, etc) will be considered.
common areas are furnished. all kitchen appliances/silverware/flatware/utensils are supplied.

about me:
32. it professional. nerdy, outdoorsy, football/hockey and craft beer/whiskey. i have a drum set in the basement but play them infrequently. i'm clean but not a freak about it. things laying around the house don't bother me as much as dirt/dust, garbage and dirty dishes. i have a small friendly dog that loves everyone and every thing. i don't expect any help caring for him. not much of a partier any more but entertaining is not out of the question.
you:
pay your bills on time, cleanup after yourself and keep quite while i'm sleeping (~11am-6pm) and we're golden. sleep overs are cool with me as long as it doesn't start to feel like they're living here (2 nights a week-ish).
other details:
- i would like to split utilities 50/50 or among however many people may end up here. currently water, and electricity/gas run about $85-135/mo/person (for 2).
this is the last house on a safe and quiet dead end street. split-level home, basement with laundry and 3/4 bath (toilet and shower, no tub). schools and parks within walking distance. rutgers only 15 minute drive. lots of shopping close by. nj transit bus stop at the end of the block and nj transit train less than 10 minute drive and then less than one hour to new york penn.
