hello! we have a room for rent in our house, and are looking for the perfect roommate to fill it. we hope you'll read on!!abt us:
- there are four people living here: holley (f, 24), timmy (m,25), jeremy (m,24), and camillya (f,28). camillya will be leaving for school around the end of july/early august.
- we have three dogs and six cats here (one dog and one cat will leave with camillya), and foster some in between, so you have to be a huge animal lover to live here! they are just as much a part of the family as any of us!
- we like to stay active and also work out together. three of us are training for triathlons, so we love swimming, running and biking. it would be a plus if you did, too, but definitely not necessary
- adventurous, love to camp and hike, open minded, and love to talk (and cook and eat!)
abt you:
- easy going, laid back, and like to have a good time
- searching for not just a roommate, but more friends as well. we generally live as a family and spend a lot of time together. we're looking for someone who is also looking for friendship.
- an animal lover who will treat our furry kids with respect and kindness, though we don't expect you to take care of them
- interested in new experiences, and have some of your own to share with us.
the house:
-in the gwinnett portion of loganville, minutes from hwy 78, snellville, and grayson. there is an excellent farmer's market in snellville on saturdays, and a few local farms around here for produce!
- 4 bed, 2 bath two story house. you will share a bathroom, but your room and closet will be all your own
- fenced in backyard in a nice, safe n'hood.
- you will have full access to the n'hood pool and tennis court
- we have everything you'll need like washer and dryer, dishwasher, plates, etc. for use.
- high speed internet, water, electricity, gas, sewage, and trash pickup is all included in your rent, but cable is not. none of us watch it, so we don't have it.
