(rent, utilities) .

one large room - (can be used for a living room, or a large bedroom)
one bathroom - ( that is your own bathroom)
one small room - (can be used as your bedroom or an extra room)
two closets - ( one is located in the hallway downstairs, and another in the smaller room)
kitchen is shared! (that is the only thing)
