my name is will and i'm a 22 year old musician, artist, and student at gcsu. i'm living with my 24 year old cousin, hannah, right off of the square in downtown gainesville.we're looking for a roommate who is easygoing, reasonable, and 420 friendly. preferably a musician or a student, but honestly as long as you aren't unreasonable or obscenely messy, you'll fit right in no matter who you are or what you do. we enjoy camping, hiking, canoeing, drinking, cooking, and laughing.
your $300 would cover rent, water, trash pickup, power, and high speed internet.
the house is obviously on the old side, but it's concrete, and thus pretty soundproof.
the carpets are kinda ugly and there is a touch of rust here and some peeling paint there. but the location is golden and it's pretty darn cheap. there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and 2 living rooms.
