hello,

we are looking to rent out a room in our lovely 3/2 house in decatur ga. this house is in a beautiful neighborhood, is only 15 minutes from downtown atlanta and is less than 5 minutes from i-20 & i-285. you must be able to pass a criminal background check, have at least fair to decent credit, drug & alcohol free, up to 10 personal references, a reference from the last place you stayed & lived, you must have had a job for over a year at the same place and you must have one month's rent and a month's deposit to move in. we have two cats but pay for a maid to come in monthly to clean the house thoroughly. no additional pets are allowed in the house unless you are willing to pay almost double on your rent. the reason for this is because we have new furniture and have done some new renovations to the house. your rent includes all your utilities, a parking space, free reign of the house, use of washer and dryer, a key of your own but you will have to furnish your own bedroom furniture and attire. we have a little extra storage space if you need in the attic & have free cable & wifi as well. our home is kept nice, clean & well organized and we expect you to be as well. we are cool, friendly and super laid back despite our rigorous disclaimer and qualifications to move in. we are only like this because of personal experience and previous renters. we are willing to budge on some things we have listed but only after upon meeting you first in person. if you have any questions or if you are interested in coming out to look at the room and applying then please contact us at our number/email below. thank you.
