i am an adult female who lives in a small two story townhouse. there are two small bedrooms one full bath available for your personal use. there is full use of the washer and dryer, and kitchen on the first floor as part of the rent. i do have one well-behaved dog and do not want any more animals in the home. you must love dogs to live here. there is no smoking or drugs of any kind.
this is not an ideal situation for a young person who likes to have frequent guest and likes to party. i lead a quiet life. i practice my flute in a small room on the first floor in the evenings when i get home from work, so if that would bother you, then this place would not be for you. this is a very zen home, lots of yoga and pilates going on. :-) i am employed as an educator, so i work also and would not appreciate a noisy person during the evening hours.
