three bedroom house. currently has two military men whom are seeking a third roommate. room is small. $400 includes room, high speed internet, television, electric, etc. roommate smokes, i dont. he smokes outside. already have one dog. one more might be too much unless it's small. no cats. $400 deposit. don't care if you party as long as it's not everyday and not a lot of people over who trash our place. i have a wife and three kids who might occasionally come to visit on a week end or two throughout the year and possibly up to a month in the summer. there is a bus stop down the road within walking distance if needed.
