in search of a mature male "room mate" that is good, outgoing & cleanhave a room for rent in college park, clayton county area and we are asking $400.00 per month which includes utilities and a $150.00 security deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay. the room is very private, shared bathroom, private closet.. room is not furnished, but there's a bed availbale if need be. the home is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 baths with enclosed garage which the potential roommate will have access to. full size kitchen and spacious back patio area. looking for a roommate that has their own transportation. verifiable income and can pay the rent on time. rent is due on 1st of each month or you also have the option to do 1/2 on the 1st and the other 1/2 on the 15th of the month. we are iso a male roommate since there are two males living in the residence currently, looking for someone that can mesh well with us and form a friendship with. own transportation is a must, there isnt public transportation close by. we are looking to rent on a month to month basis. utilities include.. water, electric, sewage and comcast/internet. we ask that you supply your own food and if you smoke cigarettes, u may smoke in the garage or outside. any additional questions please email within.. just leave a photo of self, your name and number and i will call you back within a few hours..... look forward to hearing from a potential roommate soon.
