close to campus in charleston (2 blocks west, 1 block north). 3 bdrm house, 1 open room. open bdrm has a huge closet, big windows (lots of light!), and a ceiling fan. can be partly furnished if needed.
new cabinets, counter tops, and a dishwasher!!! washer and dryer in house. big front porch, lots of living space, cable and internet!
we're students and have funky schedules, but aren't usually loud on weeknights (weekends can be a different story). we don't care if you're male/female. outside smokers or non-smokers please.
we have pets, and they get along with other animals. there's a pretty hefty pet deposit (varies depending on the pet), but they are allowed.
