i have 2 rooms for rent, those 2 rooms share a bathroom. this room has 2 windows and is the bigger of the 2 rooms available. no more then 2 people per room. the house is in a beautiful neighborhood that is very quiet. the house is across from a small kids play area. it also has a small backyard. the house is furnished excepted for those 2 rooms. let me know if you have any questions. i do have some more pictures. i'm asking 550$ plus utilities for 1 room. contact me if you're interested in both. must be ok with cats, dogs and kids, sorry no more pets are allowed on the lease. and the lease is until november 2017. once we talk and meet you will have to submit an application for the rental company and have a background check.
