i am a 45 yr. old non-smoker, looking to rent to someone close to my age that has a slightly settled life style. i still get out and have fun as well has have company, but not into the rowdy partying. i have two teenagers that will be with me from time to time. renter will have a private bath however, it is not inside of the bedroom.$500.00 includes utilites and internet. this is a four bedroom home with a fenced backyard, walking distance to public transportation and very convenient to downtown atlanta.
credit check and reference check is required. this will be a month to month but may have potential for year contract.
