we have one room available for rent in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with full basement, fenced backyard, and deck.this is perfect for students and young working adults. we are looking for a male. two males currently reside in the other two rooms.
we have a small dog that lives here as well.
rent is $600. this includes all utilities. electric, gas, water, trash, tv, and internet.
a $500 deposit is required.
this is a non-smoking home. no smoking in the home or on the property itself.
additional pets may be considered but will be subject to additional fees.
