**currently leased until june 15th, 2012**my wife and i have a 4bed/3bath house located in east athens about 6-9 minutes from the uga campus [over by the jittery joes eastside]. the second floor, which we never use, has three bedrooms and one private bath. it is currently leased to a uga grad student until june 2012 and last year it was leased to an undergrad student. neighborhood is called "woods of habersham" and it connects with falling shoals neighborhood in the back. we live near the back of the neighborhood on a one mile loop that is great for exercising.
it will be available for lease july 15th. it is just the two of us and our 4lb [very quiet] dog. we are in our young 20s and both work full time as we graduated a couple years ago.
the house was built in 2001 so it isn't super old. very nice, clean and organized! the bedroom rented upstairs is furnished with a modern set from ikea...queen bed, dresser, comfy chair, desk and nightstand. the other two rooms are not furnished.
rent includes:
